Driveway Concrete Leveling

Polyurethane foam injection is a closed cell polymer, meaning unlike an open-cell foam (i.e sponge which is porous) this is closed-cell, which closes gas pockets, essentially sealing from one another and preventing water from being soaked up.

The process is the same as mudjacking, but the entry-points are much, much smaller: the size of a dime. The foam expands under the slab, filling every possible void, and the cement lifts.

It’s lighter than a mud-mixture, not disturbing the soil underneath, and thereby prevents further settling. Any foam that escapes sets quickly, sealing that hole. It cures within 15 minutes and the slab is ready for use in as little as 30 minutes.
