Job Description:

The Sales Representative makes sales for the company and is customarily and regularly engaged at the customers’ building or job site and away from the company’s place of business. The sales specialist must have a great attitude, take pride and ownership in their work and what they seek to accomplish.

Desired Skills:

1. Sell Company Solutions Drives to customers’ homes on pre-scheduled appointments.
2. Builds professional rapport with customers and determines their desired solutions.
3. Carefully examines the customer’s issues to provide an accurate diagnosis of the issues.
4. Provides necessary recommendations to the customer that will resolve such issues.
5. Completes the sale with the customer.
6. Follows up with the customer as needed.
7. Meets and exceeds his/her projected monthly sales goals

Training & Development
1. Attends the weekly sales meeting and other required meetings.
2. Participates in ride-alongs from the Sales Manager and peers.
3. Follow the sales process every time.

1. Knowledge of sales, marketing, and/or customer service principles and practices.
2. Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
3. Reliable vehicle to travel to appointments.
4. Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English, including strong presentation skills.
5. Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred and 1+ years of successful experience in sales or sales management preferred OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
6. Ability to exert up to 20 lb. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects.
7. A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record.
